Authorized Recovery Coaches or assigned PPP Case Managers can generate a structured profile that replaces direct identifiers with a candidate token while presenting approved workforce-readiness information:
- Vocational Readiness Score and its documented inputs
- Top CliftonStrengths themes
- MBTI personality type supplied by the client
- Verified trade certifications and licenses
- Completed soft-skill and professional-development milestones
